What started as a Pepsi Challenge award for a new play ground has evolved into something much more ambitious at Alexander Elementary School. Rather than build just another set of swings, slides and monkey bars, faculty at the school have started an ambitious project to build an outdoor classroom.

Tuesday March 6, 2012 John Charbonneau called to say this Mystery Photo was of his daughter, Ashley Charbonneau, on the monkey bars at the Cheshire Elementary School playground. He thought it was in 1995 or 1996. He was right — the photo originally ran on July 27, 1995.
